At the recent launch of the eagerly anticipated Welsh Encyclopedia,
Tomos Watkin was much in evidence. The Archbishop, Rowan Williams, and celebrity weather forecaster Sian Lloyd were there too... and both were seen downing a drop or two.
Mind you they ARE both Welsh...
and know a good thing when they see it!
